Our Best Buys TV Show Hosted by Alan Mendelson is on KCOP Channel 13 every Sunday at 8-AM with best buys and best deals for all of Southern California. And because we are a weekly program, we are listed in the various TV schedules and TV guides so it is easy to program your recording devices to record our show. (Note: we will be taking a couple of weekends off during the year for major holidays. We need a day off too.)

We are now showing a half hour special report on the NTMA Training Centers which offers training to become a machinist. You will see students and graduates of NTMA and they will discuss their job prospects, their education, and in the case of the graduates you will see where they are working now and what they think of their new careers. You will also meet the employers and discover the varied and fascinating lines of work that machinists are involved in -- including a design center for major car makers where full sized models of autos are manufactured in Irvine, and a machine company that makes equipment for oil wells.
